2 years down and an ETERNITY to GO!

MARCH 14 2009
Nick is my best friend and the perfect husband for me.  I'm so incredibly grateful for our eternal marriage and the blessing that it has been in my life. Together we've laughed and cried.  We have been trying to get pregnant for a while and enduring this trial has been really really really hard.  Infertility is not something we ever saw coming in our "happily ever after".  Nick has been my support and strength as I have struggled with this trial, his testimony and faith gives me peace and hope.   I have realized how much Nick and I are meant for each other.  Even though I don't understand why Heavenly Father has given me this burden, I am grateful that He has given me someone to help me carry it.  I'm also grateful for the "tender mercies" the Lord has put in my path that have helped me get through those tough days.
Nick, I love you and I know that together we can get through ANYTHING!

  2. Oh girl, infertility is a TOUGH road! I know how hard that struggle is! We, too, never thought that would be our story, but it was. If you'd like to talk about it, I'd love to lend an ear! I feel like an expert! (Here is our story in 3 parts http://feigningfertility.blogspot.com/2010/11/guess-blogger-vanessa.html

  3. Wow! Two years sure went by fast, and when time goes by fast I'm sure grateful for eternity. I hope that you can see blessings in this infertility trial. It took Aaron and I almost a year of trying before we got our first...and now we are expecting our third! Once we became pregnant we saw how perfect the Lord's timing was in all of it, but it sure didn't come until after a lot of faith, prayers, blessings, and tears. I know the Lord will remember you in your trials. Congrats on your anniversary.
